10U A All-Girls Travel Hockey

We have been trying to find a way to ensure all players who want to play with the Revolution have a way to get on the ice and compete. As a result we have created a 10U A travel team that will practice primarily on Sunday evenings with practices starting between 4pm and 6pm. This team could also play some local games against local house league teams and some other girls teams. It will be up to the families if they want to spend some money to do more than what is initially planned. The board of directors is paying for half of the ice costs for this team to ensure the price is kept low. Sunda evening practices will also enable more travel teams to join practice and also enable the 10U AA coaches to attend and help with practices.

Cost to participate on this team will be $60 per player for a total cost of $420 on the entire season.

10U A roster must be 51% 2014-2015 birth years so we need to get some commitment from everyone that we could roster at least half the team as true 10U. At this time the majority of the team is indeed 2014-2015 birth years.

Girls could still play in the exhibition games if we are able to do that again this year. We won’t know how Peoria’s ice looks until closer to October.

2016 and younger players will still be able to play Jamborees with Revolution.
